Star Trek 2 Leaks
So, there have been photos leaked from the set of the untitle Star Trek sequel, from what appears to be a final battle, and yes, Benedict Cumberbatch is in the pictures as his unnamed villain character.

They were more spoilery than I expected, but if you’re dying for details to gnaw on until May 2013 you may want to take a look.
As far a speculation for the character Cumberbatch is playing… well I have a theory, I’ll leave you to develop your own. His appearance in the photos may help dispel some rumors, and may give weight to others.
