Yes, Doctor Joseph Bell, physician who did do some early forensic investigation assisting Scotland Yard with the occasional case. Bell may have assisted in the Jack the Ripper inquiry.

What a waste of time
I joined due to the sheer peer pressure and because I've been lurking on several people's Tumblrs for a litte while now. "Let's get legitimate and actually follow them," I thought.
I may reblog some beautiful things, post random one-liners, generally waste my time.
